Remarks
From Lieberman (1994): “Lateral margins of glabella between S 1 and nearly S2 parallel; Si contacts SO; posterior margin of glabella anterior of SO, in dorsal view, straight; pygidial interpleural furrows absent; border posteriorly long flat region, equal to length (sag.) of first 1.5 axial rings; 14 axial rings; pleurae laterally deflected anteriorly relative to arc of pleurae medially; 12 pleural segments.”
From Wilson (2014, p. 200): “Form of the glabella and furrows distinctive. Eyes relatively small; pygidium proportionately larger than those of Pseudodechenella or Dechenella, with 13-14 axial rings. Cephalon covered with low tubercles that become less distinct on the anterior glabella and the depressed areas of the cheeks. To 35 mm.”
